Sizing

A set even one millimetre too narrow looks fake and pops off within hours, so this part matters more than anything else on this form.

Getting it to you
How should I get it to you? *
Standard is 7–10 days from the day you approve your design.
Before you send
  • 50% due when you approve your design, the rest when it’s ready. The deposit is non-refundable once I start making your set.
  • Two rounds of design changes are included before I start making it.
  • Custom sets are made for you, so they can’t be returned or resold.
  • These are handmade, so no two sets are ever identical.
  • There’s no warranty on wear — but if a stone or a 3D piece lifts in the first two weeks, send that nail back and I’ll fix it free.
  • The Fit Promise covers your first set when I did the measuring, in person or on a video fit call: if it doesn’t fit, I remake it. It doesn’t cover sizes you measured yourself.
  • Payment is cash, Venmo or Zelle, arranged directly.
